Nokia 12.1 Mega Pixel Phone

Just days after the Nokia World event, pictures of a 12.1 Mega pixel camera phone have started appearing all over the web. During the event there was no such mention of a phone. But the many pictures of this phone have been appearing on the Flickr site.
The picture which I received shows the rear panel of the phone which clearly states that it is a Nokia 12.1 Mega Pixel Camera phone, hopefully with Carl Zeiss lens, The camera does not seem to have a shutter for it protection as you can see in the image. There is also no visible flash on the phone. The battery cover clearly states that it is a Nokia phone and phone also seems to look real enough.
If the phone is real I would sure like to check out the clarity of the camera without the flash feature.
