Nokia RX-51 (Nokia N900) Preview

What started out to be a rumor at the start of the day, suddenly became right and now has a detailed preview of it. Don’t reckon too much because I am talking about the Nokia latest phone, the Nokia N900. Even without its official launch, N900 has got a detailed inside look. Nokia N900 is also known as Nokia RX-51.

Nokia N900 is a slider communicator, just like the latest upcoming phone like the Nokia Surge, N900 has got a side slider. N900 has a ARM Cortex-A8 processor, no details on the RAM. N900 has an Internal memory of 32 GB which which can be further extended upto 32 GB with the help of a microSD card.

Nokia RX-51 has a 5 Mega-Pixel Camera with Carl Zeiss lens which is used for still photography and a QVGA Camera for video recording. Camera is also equipped with a shutter to prevent the the lens from scratches and dust. There is also a Secondary camera for Video Calling.

Nokia N900 has a standard Li-Ion 1320 mAh battery with Stand By time of Up to 406 h (2G) / 408 h (3G) and Talk Time of Up to 8 h 45 min (2G) / 5 h (3G). Nokia RX-51 is expected to hit the market by the end of 2009 at an approximate price of € 550 in Europe, $ 780 in United States and Rs 38,000 in India.
