Sony Ericsson Satio (Idou)
Firstly I want to apologize for writing mostly on touch phones since the last couple of days, but I cant help Touch phones are ruling the market and for this reason Sony Ericsson is designed yet another one. This one is known as Sony Ericsson Satio (formerly known as Idou).
At the first glance of the phone you will only notice the 3.5 inch 16:9 widescreen show. But again things are not as they seem. Sony Ericsson has loaded Satio with features. The features are as follows :

First I would start with the camera. Satio has been integrated with a 12.1 Mega Pixel camera with autofocus, face-detection, geotagging, an image stabilizer and also Xenon flash. The phone also contains a secondary VGA (30fps) camera for video shooting and a third camera in the front for video calling.
The touch of the phone has been the best Sony Ericsson has made so far. Some sources even say that the responsiveness, accuracy and sensitivity of the touch will give iPhone a run for its money.
Sony Ericsson Satio (Idou) Keyboard
The touch of the phone is not only used for browsing through Menus and dialing number but also in messaging. Satio has got a multi-language QWERTY touch keyboard which not serves the purpose but lets the user delight in while typing in the message. There is no auto right feature on the keyboard but the keys appear so huge that the user cant easily type in.

As like any other Sony Ericsson phone, Satio is also loaded with a media player. But unlike others, Satio has the best clarity and quality. The video can be watched at resolution of 640 x 360 , with edible sound clarity. Music player when played in the background forms kind of a small widget onto the front screen.
If you are a Sony Ericsson lover/ fan you would have come to know by now that Sony Ericsson uses its standard earphone jack and this time its no different. There are also some other features like :

- Organizer
- Gesture control
- Voice memo/dial
- GPS
- Wi-Fi
Forgot to tell one last thing. Satio has an internal memory of around 128Mb with an included micsoSD 8GB card which can be further extended upto 16GB. Also it is expected to launch by early Q4 of 2009 in three colours – Black, Silver and Bordeaux.
